HELP!!

We are in desperate need of advice! We have a litter of 4 week old pug puppies and one puppy has suffered a trauma that is resulting in the removal of both eyeballs. Can anyone give us some advice on what the true and actually quality of life for a completely blind dog is. The thought of having him put to sleep almost kills me but yet an entire life of hells sounds pretty awful too. Any advice or insight would be highly appreciated. Thanks so much.
